| INSURANCE All packages shipped to addresses in the United States are insured. Packages shipped to addresses outside the United States are not insured. If you wish to purchase insurance for an international shipment please email btkorder@buythekit.com. You will receive a Paypal invoice for the insurance amount. |
| REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONLINE OR AT SHOWS There are no refunds for kits. This is done to protect our designers. We are sure you understand that protecting their copyright is important. You may request an exchange if you order a kit and decide the color isn't right; you may exchange the kit for a different color. You must write to us first at CUSTSERV and let us know the situation. We will not be responsible for postage to exchange a kit. Please PayPal the extra postage or include it when you ship the kit back. You must include insurance on all exchanges when shipping. You have up to 30 days from the time your kit is received to return it for an exchange. If you purchase your kits at a show, there will be no refunds or exchanges. You are able to see samples of the kits at a show and determine whether or not it is the right kit for you before you purchase it. |
