When sending a check, there will be a delay in receiving your purchase until the check has cleared. | SHIPPING Shipping will be added when you check out. If you are ordering through e-mail, because you don't have PayPal, we will send you the total amount for your check/money order. |
| SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES If you are ordering from anywhere other than the US, please do not use the PayPal buttons. E-mail us at BuyTheKit Order with your mailing address and the items/price that you are ordering and we will e-mail you back with the correct amount, including postage. You can still use PayPal, just not directly from the Buy the Kit site. |
| INSURANCE All kits will be shipped with insurance. |
| REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONLINE OR AT SHOWS There are no refunds for kits. This is done to protect our designers. We are sure you understand that protecting their copyright is important. You may request an exchange if you order a kit and decide the color isn't right; you may exchange the kit for a different color. You must write to us first at CUSTSERV and let us know the situation. We will not be responsible for postage to exchange a kit. Please PayPal the extra postage or include it when you ship the kit back. You must include insurance on all exchanges when shipping. You have up to 30 days from the time your kit is received to return it for an exchange. If you purchase your kits at a show, there will be no refunds or exchanges. You are able to see samples of the kits at a show and determine whether or not it is the right kit for you before you purchase it. |
